The Gift That Keeps On Giving

Admittedly I did not make this one, but I am directly responsible for its inception. This was another project from the Navy era of my life. While on an underway, my work center supervisor and I had some downtime between maintenance and got bored (it happens much more often that you’d believe). Well, to pass the time I offered to teach him how to crochet and he agreed. He picked it up within minutes. Being a country boy and a sailor he decided to make this cowboy hat out of parachute cord. It was truly a sight to behold.
